We’ll confirm it’s one we service and book a visit to measure it and test the water. ### Which services do you offer? Sixteen services. Twelve are in every monthly plan and every one-time visit, in three groups: water (level and top-up, testing, balance, the chlorine feeder and shock treatment), cleaning (skimming, baskets, tile and waterline, brushing and vacuuming) and equipment (filter and pump checks and backwash). Four are one-off jobs, quoted on their own: partial water replacement, green pool recovery, black algae treatment, and pool drain, clean and refill. In summer, or with daily use, we recommend twice a week: eight visits a month. We’ll advise once we’ve seen your pool. ### Do I need to be home? No. We arrange access with your compound security or household manager, and the photo report confirms every visit. ### Which areas do you cover? Residential pools anywhere in New Cairo City. Private villa and home pools anywhere in New Cairo City, outdoor or on a rooftop: skimmer, overflow or infinity pools, on chlorine or a salt chlorinator, with a sand or cartridge filter. A pool with a heater or a robot cleaner is fine; we don’t service the heater or the robot. A green or cloudy pool is recovered first, as long as its main drain can still be seen and its pump and filter work; a concrete pool with black or brown water, or with its main drain out of sight, is drained, cleaned and refilled first; and a pool far below the skimmer is topped up first. The monthly plan starts once the water is clear. We don’t service indoor, compound and communal or hotel pools, jacuzzis, pools with a DE filter or no filter, or fibreglass or vinyl-lined pools that need draining. Not sure about yours? Once we’ve measured your pool you get one fixed monthly price for it. Not ready for a plan? A one-time visit is the same full visit, at a per-visit price. The first visit of a plan is that one-time visit, at the per-visit price; the plan starts after it. A partial water replacement, a green pool recovery, a black algae treatment or a drain, clean and refill is quoted on its own. The chemicals we put in your water are billed on top, by the gram or millilitre used, at the rates on your quotation. ### How do I pay? At the start of each month we send you the amount on WhatsApp; you pay by InstaPay and receive your invoice, which is also your receipt. The chemicals used are listed on it.
